Working in an atmosphere that allowed James to meet new people, move around the city and explore different neighborhoods is what motivated his career move into the industry. His passion for the business is driven by his desire to help others. He prides himself on his ability to help people find what they are looking for and often surprises them with things they love, outside of what they had planned for!

James is not only a Real Estate professional but holds a contractor license and a building certificate as well. Originally from South Korea, James went to Fuji University, Japan where he finished Bachelor of Economics and Business. Other than being a real estate executive, James is also a sole proprietor of a trading business and a carpenter for Stylish and Modern Building Solution. His interest in real estate first transpired when he once volunteered in constructing new homes in the Philippines.

His outside-of-the-box approach to matching buyers and sellers is what sets him apart from other agents. James brings the knowledge and passion integral in getting the job done for his clients at the pace they rightly expect.
