Very happy with the service and communication from Clare and Howard. I left the property before my lease expired, and the entire process was handled with transparency. Of course there are additional charges for leaving a property early, but these were communicated to me from the outset. I was kept in the loop about the progress of inspections/finding a new tenant (and this was done quickly, especially given the COVID-affected rental market), Clare organised the details of the end-of-lease clean for me, and overall a very pleasant experience.
